Our Instructors

Our instructors are carefully recruited based upon their certifications, aquatic background, and child development backgrounds. Each instructor goes through a 30 hour apprenticeship including both classroom training, and in-water training, before they start teaching classes of their own. Every staff member also participates in periodic staff development workshops throughout the year, and they are also given regular performance critiques as well. We pride ourselves on only hiring the most qualified candidates, and we train them to be the some of the best instructors in the industry.
